Omnitron T1 converters extend TDM circuits from demarcation points to locations up to 120 km. Chassis-based and standalone modules support loop-back and testing modes for easy installation and trouble shooting.

• Distribute multiple fiber links from T1 equipment

Key Features

Omnitron T1/E1 media converters provide standard T1 (1.544Mbps) or E1 (2.048Mbps) copper-to-fiber conversion and can be used to extend the demarcation point between service provider and networking equipment.

Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM) is a proven and cost-effective solution to deliver new applications, more bandwidth and more services over existing fiber networks. Omnitron’s iConverter CWDM MUXes and OADMs multiplex and demultiplex multiple wavelengths (data channels) to expand the capacity of fiber network links.

• Transport up to 16 data channels with different data rates and protocols across a fiber link
• Each channel can support a data rate of up to 10 Gigabits
• Achieve high-density port configurations with iConverter chassis

	iConverter CWDM/X Multiplexer/Demultiplexer iConverter CWDM/X modules are available in 4 and 8-Channel models, supporting a variety of wavelength combinations and port configurations. The Single-Fiber iConverter CWDM/X modules are available in 2 and 4-Channel models.
	iConverter CWDM/AD Add/Drop Multiplexer iConverter CWDM/AD 1-Channel and 2-Channel modules add (multiplex) and drop (demultiplex) selected channels in one or both directions of a CWDM fiber route. A 1-Channel Single Fiber iConverter CWDM/AD module is also available.
	iConverter Multi-Service Platform iConverter CWDM Multiplexer modules are part of the iConverter Multi-Service Platform of managed media converters, Network Interface Devices and T1 multiplexers that supports a variety of data rates and network protocols, advanced switching features and SNMP management.
