How to Get Warranty Service

If you need warranty service for one of your Omnitron networking products, please contact Omnitron’s Technical Support.

When you call, please have the following information available:

  • Product number
  • Serial number
  • Complete description of the product failure
  • Proof of purchase of your product

Product Registration

This Lifetime Warranty may be obtained by the original purchaser by REGISTERING this product with Omnitron within 90 days from the date of shipment.
