iConverter T1/E1 Multiplexers
iConverter T1/E1 Multiplexer products multiplex up to sixteen T1 or E1 circuits and one Ethernet service onto a fiber optic transport link, and feature remotely managed testing and configuration capabilities. iConverter T1/E1 Multiplexers operate in back-to-back configurations with one MUX at each end of the fiber link.
Models are available with fixed-fiber or Small Form Pluggable (SFP) transceivers, enabling easy adaptability to different fiber types, distances and wavelengths. iConverter T1/E1 MUXes support multimode, single-mode, single-mode single-fiber in standard (850nm, 1310nm and 1550nm) and CWDM wavelengths.
For Service Providers
iConverter T1/E1 Multiplexers enable hybrid mobile backhaul, providing both T1/E1 and Ethernet circuits over dark fiber or CWDM fiber. They also provide demarcation extension of multiple T1/E1 circuits.
